MacEwan ID/Library Card
This card is your official University ID and Library Card. Use of the MacEwan ID Card is subject to the terms and conditions listed in the MacEwan Cardholder Agreement.
There are two ways to get a new or replacement MacEwan ID Card:
Bring your MacEwan ID number and government-issued picture ID to the Services Desk located in John L. Haar Library. We will take your picture and print your card at one of our ID stations. [This option will not be available until the library reopens]
Request your MacEwan ID Card online. Use our MacEwan ID Photo Upload Form to submit your photo. You will be contacted when your card is ready for pick up. [This option is only recommended for spring/summer students who need to borrow a laptop. If you don’t need a laptop, please wait until the library reopens or the start of the fall term]
To get your MacEwan ID Card, use either of the options listed above.
If the MacEwan ID Card is lost, report it to the library as soon as possible. There is a $10.00 replacement fee for lost cards. Please see the SAM Center for the replacement of the U-Pass sticker.
