Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence Against Women
December 6th is the National Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence Against Women, also known as "White Ribbon Day." This day is in commemoration of the École Polytechnique shootings that took place in 1989. It is a day reserved for mourning, reflection, and action.
