An initiative to recognize and celebrate MacEwan student makers and their projects.

About

Maker of the Month is a student-led initiative celebrating the creativity of student makers. Every day, students craft amazing projects—now it's time to share their stories and inspire others!

One student maker and their project will be randomly drawn each month to be highlighted and awarded a $50 MacEwan Bookstore gift card.

(March 2025 is a pilot and if successful, this will return in the 2025/26 academic year)

Who is this for?

All students, no matter what your academic program, if you make something, we want to see it!

Why we do it?

Promoting a strong culture of creativity on campus enriches the student experience while allowing for stronger connections between faculties. We want to recognize and reward creators across the university.

Submission Details

Submission is now open for March Maker of the Month - Closes March 3rd at 4pm.
