Personal Statement About this Work
This edited book inspired me to study of the psychology of materialism. Since discovering this book in the MacEwan library collection, there have been a number of research studies, publications and conference presentations on this topic. Several honors theses, student presentations and projects have been on the topic of materialism as well. In addition, materialism research has been integrated into course material in the classroom.
