Darcy Hoogers

Darcy is a BA English graduate, currently in his 3rd year completing a Bachelor of Communications Studies. With a passion for political philosophy, investigative journalism, and critical analysis, he applies care in acknowledging the power of words. His work has appeared in The Griff, The Gateway, the Students’ Association of MacEwan University, and he’s been quoted by local and national media outlets, including CBC and Edmonton Edge. Outside of class, Darcy enjoys playing video games and keeping up with the latest trends in Albertan politics. As a tutor, he aims to provide a safe space to examine and explore writing at any stage in the writing process.
