Bookings can be made up to 7 days in advance of the date the room is to be used.
Students can book a room for a maximum of 2 hours per day.
Groups that do not appear within 15 minutes of their reserved time forfeit their booking. After 15 minutes, other groups may use the room. Please cancel any bookings you are not planning to use.
Library Group Study Rooms can be booked here or through the Student Portal.
Students can remain in the room beyond their booked time up until the next group has arrived.
Groups of 2 or more students can book Library Group Study Rooms.
Groups can talk in the rooms, but they have to be considerate of other students.
Groups can eat in the rooms, just remember to clean up afterwards.
Students can report problems regarding Library Group Study Room usage to the closest service desk.
Students can get help with the equipment in the Library Group Study Rooms by going to Technology Support service desk in the Library.
