acimowina: Stories are Healing

acimowina: Stories are Healing will feature speakers Dr. Lana Whiskeyjack (nêhiyaw multidisciplinary treaty scholartist and assistant professor at the University of Alberta), and Dr. Kevin wâsakâyâsiw Lewis (nêhiyaw instructor, researcher, writer and assistant professor at the University of Saskatchewan). Moderators are the hosts of Two Crees in Pod, Amber Dion and Terri Suntjens.

This session invites Indigenous storytellers to share teachings of healing and recovery through story. Through an Indigenous worldview, we explore stories and how they shape and create opportunities for us to search within our own stories for wellness.
