Students can book a room for 2 hours per day. Anything over 2 hours will not be allowed in the Library Group Study Room booking system.
Groups that do not appear within 15 minutes of their reserved time forfeit their booking. After 15 minutes, other groups may use the room.
Library Group Study Rooms can be booked here or through the Student Portal.
Students can remain in the room beyond their booked time up until the next group has arrived.
Groups of 2 or more students can book Library Group Study Rooms.
Groups can talk in the rooms, but they have to be considerate of the noise level.
Groups can eat in the rooms, but they have to remember to clean up afterwards.
Students can report problems regarding Library Group Study Room usage to the closest service desk.
Students can get help with the equipment in the Library Group Study Rooms by going to Technology Support service desk in the Library.
