After searching your terms, select Format under Refine Search on the left menu. Then select Books. Scroll down to Locations to find books at a particular library. Watch how!
After searching your terms, select Format under Refine Search on the left menu. Then select EBooks. Using the Locations limiter, choose Macewan - Internet. Click on the title of an ebook and select MacEwan University Access. Watch how!
Use the Classic Search option to see book availability. To find books in the Library, note the Location and check the Status. If it is on the shelf, use the Call Number to locate the book. If the book is not on the shelf, click on Place Hold. You will receive an email when the book arrives for you to check out. Watch how!
If the book you need is at another library, click on Place Hold. You will receive an email when the book arrives for you to check out.
Search for articles using the Library search box. Use the Format limiter on the left to choose the type of article needed. Use the Peer Reviewed check box to limit to peer reviewed journals. Watch how!
Search for the article title in the Library search box with the title “in quotation marks”. Alternatively, use the Find by Citation Tool under the search box. Watch how!
Click on the title of an article, and click either PDF Full Text, HTML Full Text, or Find It to read the article. If the Item is not available, you can click on Request item to place an interlibrary loan, or Search for a print copy under More Options. Watch how!
