What is RefWorks?

RefWorks is web-based software package that helps you to:

• Easily import and organize references from many Library databases
• Format your bibliographies (see Important information about RefWorks bibliographies)

RefWorks is web-based, which means you can access your personal account from any computer connected to the internet.

Getting Started with RefWorks:

• Log in to RefWorks at https://refworks.scholarsportal.info/Refworks/

First time users will need to create an account, following the on-screen prompts.

• If you are off campus you may be asked to enter a group code before logging into RefWorks. You can access this group code through the mymacewan portal.
• You can find a RefWorks Tutorial at https://www.refworks.com/tutorial/
