    Use this form if you are a Distance Delivery student or instructor and would like a copy of an article from a journal available in the Library sent to you. Do not use for loans from outside the MacEwan Library. Submit your request online.

    Use this form if you are a Distance Delivery student or instructor and would like a book from the Library sent to you. Do not use for loans from outside the MacEwan Library. Submit your request online.
  • Interlibrary Loan Article Request
    Complete and submit this form to borrow an article from a library outside Grant MacEwan only. Submit your request online.
  • Interlibrary Loan Book Request
    Complete and submit this form to borrow a book from a library outside Grant MacEwan University. Submit your request online.
  • Intercampus Periodical Article Request
    Use this form to request an article from another MacEwan campus only.
  • Donation Form
    Donation form must be completed and brought to the Borrower Services along with the items to be considered.
  • Purchase Recommendation
    We welcome suggestions from Grant MacEwan faculty, staff, and students for book, journal subscription, video, CD, and software titles you would like us to consider purchasing for the Library.
  • MacEwan Student ID Card Request
    This form is intended for those students NOT attending classes at a Grant MacEwan campus, but are enrolled in distance/home study courses.
